Rick Dillon
Rick Dillon’s forty year career began in the family’s manufacturing business at age fifteen. Since then, he has owned and operated businesses in over fifteen industries (3 acquisitions, twelve+ start-ups). One of Rick’s most insightful experiences was the start up, development, and sale of a nineteen-office international investment banking firm.
Since 1985, Rick has been dedicated to using his expertise to help business owners achieve their goals through merger, alliance, acquisition, divestiture, and business operational improvements of their privately held businesses.
Rick is the founder and principal of Good Samaritan Response, a prison ministry helping convicts obtain jobs within companies that would mentor ex-convicts using Elvarity to re-enter society, Rick is co-author of The Business Sale: An Owner’s Most Perilous Expedition, and a seminar series The Magic of M&A Math. Rick enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, as well as basketball and snow sports. Rick’s most fulfilling life experience is his contribution to the creation and implementation of a conflict resolution system now successfully being used within the ELCA Lutheran Church. It is through these experiences that Rick saw the gap in personal and professional leadership training and teamed up with his partners to develop Elvarity.
Drew Siebert
Drew Siebert began his career in technical sales, using his engineering degree in unique ways. While working toward a master’s degree in business, entrepreneurship’s relentless call led Drew to purchase an acoustical consulting firm in the architecture and engineering space. At the end of 2020, he sold the business after successfully restoring and rebuilding it.
Thoroughly enjoying every aspect of the mergers and acquisitions process and industry, Drew turned his sights to helping other businesses transition to partial or full ownership to accomplish optimum outcomes. Initially, Drew began training with Elvarity to fully optimize his own capabilities, and after seeing his own success, he knew that it was imperative to the success of the businesses he wanted to help. He is now an Elvarity partner and trainer, changing people’s lives personally and professionally every day.
Besides M&A, Drew is an avid investor in real estate, financial markets, his family, and church. He and his family live on and maintain a chicken and goat farm outside of Kansas City and can be frequently seen at the soccer field. As a lifelong learner, Drew can be found studying investing, personal finance, tax strategy, and business strategy just for fun.
Rick Salgado
Rick Salgado began his working career at age twelve busing tables at a local restaurant. Between work, school, and sports Rick decided to take on part-time work at a car dealership. Originally hired to detail cars, he quickly found his skills carried over to helping customers searching the lots. He had such a knack for it, he began selling the cars himself that very year, outperforming his co-workers with decades of experience. He was the youngest sales professional ever hired at the dealership.
After serving 5 years in the car business, Rick continued on sharpening his skills in business development with multiple entities, continually exceeding goals.
Rick was introduced to the foundations of Elvarity in 2013 as Owner and CEO of Blast It Clean. Early on, he applied those foundations in administration, sales, and operations. He started changing key components and implementing new processes, including Elvarity-Based Leadership Development, to make the company profitable after years of marginal success.
Rick was the stimulus behind the Elvarity curriculum. After using it internally for several years, he and his partners decided to share it with the public in 2021 so that others could realize the success it repeatedly achieved.
In Rick’s free time he and his wife enjoy their four beautiful daughters. He loves fitness, admires Patrick Mahomes, and serves others with his uncanny gift of connection. He can be spotted by his trendy fashion, serving as a barista at Grace Church on the weekends.
